Powerhouse Protocol to Fight Illness

What do you do when your kiddo gets to feeling bad? Instead of running to the medicine cabinet (well, we actually had a CLOSET!), to grab children's Tylenol or Ibuprofen or Cough and Cold, I now grab my oils.
Pictured above is a combination of essential oils that help knock out whatever is going on.
Peppermint is a natural way to help with tummy issues, bring fever down, help with head aches, and cools the body down. When using peppermint essential oil with children, you want to DILUTE with a carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed, heck-use olive oil if you have to). This helps their sensitive skin take in the essential oil with little to no discomfort.
The Bomb is a special mixture of what we oilers call the "FLOOM" Bomb. Frankincense, Lemon, OnGuard, Oregano, Melaleuca (tea tree). Then we top the roller with fractionated coconut oil to make rolling on easy-peasy. If you want to know the recipe for this roller, come to a DIY Workshop (or host one yourself) for free. We roll this on bottoms of feet, spine, and wrists several times a day.
Melissa essential oil is one of those I was reluctant to get. I mean, it's so expensive that it should come with a registered nurse named Melissa ready to apply to you any time of day or night. However, once I saved up enough points (ask me about this) and got it for free, I never looked back. Y'all, this oil is a GAME-CHANGER when it comes to fighting off viruses. It is known to be the highest anti-viral flower on the planet. Boom! A couple drops of this up and down the spine morning and night, and you are good to go.
Protocol:
- Peppermint - apply as needed, DILUTED, to back of neck for fevers, tummy for tummy issues, and spine.
- The Bomb - roll on back of neck, spine, and bottoms of feet every two hours for first day, then three times a day for a week.
- Melissa - apply DILUTED to bottoms of feet and spine twice daily for 3-5 days.
